How do i send my sentimental fabrics?

When sending us your sentimental fabrics we suggest using Inpost parcel shop to parcel shop/locker or Evri’s similar service, as this is the cheapest option for our customers at around £2.59 (We do not cover the price of sending your fabric in).

What is your dispatch time?

For any standard items ordered we aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 days. For any personalised or memory items we aim to dispatch within 2 weeks (we will be in contact with a dispatch time once your order is received).

are your Keepsakes Washing machine safe?

All of our Keepsake’s are washing machine friendly on a gentle cycle. We use Polyester thread to reduce shrinkage when washing and all stuffing is Virgin Hollow Fibre (washable and mildew proof).
